  • Depending on your skin’s individualized biochemistry, we recommend trying out any new product on a small area of skin and letting it sit for a few hours before determining if there’s any hypersensitivity reaction. Just because something is natural, doesn’t mean it’s non-irritating. As with any new product, however, you should patch-test on a small bit of skin first.
  • The use of essential oils during pregnancy is a controversial topic. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult your physician before using products containing pure essential oils please.
  • Please be aware that ingredient lists may change or vary from time to time. Please refer to the ingredient list posted on the website for the most up to date list of ingredients - It is the most up-to-date ingredient list and may differ from product packaging.
  • Because all our skincare products are made old fashioned way, you may find some differences between batches. There may also be very slight variations in colour, scent and texture depending on the season, temperature and time. Essential oils and base oils can vary in colour and scent from year to year, this is the nature of natural ingredients. Since we don't use synthetic dyes in our natural product formulas, each batch may vary in colour. So if you do notice slight changes this is simply nature’s way of adapting. We hope this helps you to understand a little more about our ingredients and we think it contributes to the uniqueness of SoSimple Natural skincare.

  • We recommend that our products are used within six months of opening and stored in a cool dark place.

  • Due to the nature of skin care products, returns are not accepted and we do not offer refunds. While we believe completely in the quality of the SoSimple Skin Care products, we cannot resell items that have left our workshop. For hygiene and safety reasons returns are not accepted unless we sent you the wrong product or the product is faulty.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. If there is a mistake with your order, please let us know immediately so that we may correct it. This does not affect your statutory rights
