Custom Candle Care & Customer Satisfaction

At Positivo™ Candles, we take pride in creating personalized candles made to order to light up your special moments. To ensure your complete satisfaction with our handcrafted products, please review our return and refund policy:

  1. Returns and Exchanges

    We want every candle you receive to be perfect. If we've made a mistake with your order or if you receive a faulty product, please let us know within 2 business days so we can make it right for you. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're committed to ensuring you're happy with your purchase.

  2. Change of Mind

    Since our candles are made to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We also do not provide refunds for opened or used products.

  3. Damaged Shipments

    In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we'll promptly send you a replacement at our expense. To expedite the process, please provide us with a photo of the damage, including how it appeared in the shipping box. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll take care of the rest.

  4. Reporting Issues

    If you believe there's been a shortfall, damage, or defect with your order, please inform us in writing within 2 business days of delivery. We value your feedback and will work diligently to address any concerns.

  5. Inquiries

    While we strive to resolve inquiries as quickly as possible, please note that domestic items may take up to 10 days to investigate. For international items, the process may extend up to 90 days due to involvement with Overseas Postal Authorities. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we work to ensure your complete satisfaction.
